Here's the deal.

I am setting up a slider that works ( or should work) this way. We have two objects with a third null that has a slider attached to it. I am using the slider to slowly blend between two functions. The slider is being used to control the functions and the functioning node can only accept a percentage number from it as a rate.

Here is the catch. I want the slider to send a message to one object when it is at a full 100 percent and tell it to be invisible in the editor. Also, I want it to tell the other object when it is at zero that I want it to be invisible in the editor. All other values (1-99) both object are visible.

The thing is that I cannot get the compare node to work with the number that the slider is outputting but I need it to react to the slider. the other node I am using needs to have a percentage number coming out of it.

any insight would be greatly appreciated

Don't know if this helps, but have you checked if a percentage like 100% actually corresponds to a real value of 1.0, and 0% is a real value of 0.0? Add to this a converter node of sorts...

Might perhaps be a useful thing, or not...
