Howdy all,
This is the product of the past two day's work. It's my first real attempt at using blendshapes for facial animation, and I'm pretty pleased with the way it came out.
It's done in Maya using about fifty blendshape targets and a simple rig for the head and jaw.

Check it out and tell me what you think. Rip it apart if you feel the need.
