CGTalk - smoke-Can't render at the top of domain

I have an question about smoke.
I set angle of looking up the top of the domain object.
Rendering This angle is vanish smoke at the top of domain object.
Domain and flow objects layer is diffrent from another object.
I don't know where this is wrong setting.
Please tell me what I set wrong.
