My latest school project. Made in Maya and rendered in Mental Ray.
Inspiration from Massimiliano Frezzato:s female character in "The Keepers Of The Master" comic books, and the concept art of "Final Fantasy".

Great job. I like the ceramic look.
The lips I'm not careing for, I think they're a little to big or something.
Other than that, again great job.
Nice! I like the lips. I'm not that fond of the ceramic look, but the modeling I like!

Lovely model so far. The lips don't bother me. It's the eyes. They are too far apart, and there should be an eye's width between the outside of the eye, and the outside of the skull. Even for cartoony proportions, it's a good bit off.
Other than that, it's lovely.
Nice render, and I like the modeling of the clothes, but I'm noticing some aliasing on the wrinkles around the shoulder.
Also the position and size of the eyes are bothering me too. I agree that they should be closer together and a bit smaller.

How did you make that material setup? It really really well done !! Is it only in the materal screen, or is there something special to set on light/render screen????

That's som e pretty good modelling, I love the goggles :)

3DZealot: I agree that the eyes are a litle bit too far apart. I blame it on the ref-pic =).
"An eye's width between the outside of the eye, and the outside of the skull", Itīs true on realistic characters but on cartoony proportions, I donīt know, maybe....
Njen: About the size on the eyes: I just like extreme proportions.
This is almost normal size for me :).
Demie-Lune:The material is a simple Blinn shader in Maya.
The reflections is from the picture I use on my "world"-sphere.
