Sorry for jumping in but I also have a similar question as yours. Which card would you guys go for? ATI 9600Pro or GeForce Ti4200? I'm asking because somewhere at the back of my head I remeber ATI having some problems with MAX (the purpose of buying the card) or wat is the 9500 model?

So anyways, if the perfomance gap is not really noticeable I would prefer saving a buck or two.

Uh, what's wrong with the GeForce FX 5700 Ultra? All the reviews are raving about it and it is an obvious amount faster than the yet-to-be-shipping 9600XT.

A couple of reviews have called it the true successor to the Ti 4200.
