View Full Version : speed test/speed - what does "cm" after the value stand for?
Piotrek255 12-08-2011, 03:45 PM When i set the speed to 100 cm, does it mean that the particles will need 1 second/minute/hour to travel 100cm? what does "cm" mean and how does it translate to time?

The PFlow UI controls are in units per second, so 100 cm means 100cm/sec.
Internally PFlow works in Ticks (4800 ticks/second), so the Frame Rate is taken into account to convert these inputs into the actual values it works with under the hood.
