There is few problems of atmosphere and lights but the horse and the woman aren't bad.

The lighting and shading seem to be a bit confused i think, and therefore the forms arent being picked out as they should. In terms of the subject matter, i really aint a big fan of the whole 'scantily clad fantasy-type woman riding horses' concept, but then i know a lot of people do like that stuff. To me, it feels tacky and overused, but thats just my personal opinion.

Sorry if that sounded a bit harsh, just taps into one of my pet-hates i think.

It may just be the lighting, but the anatomy of the horse seems a bit off.

The treatment you have given the horse's mane and tail and armour are nice. While I won't argue about the girl's skin tones, her leg and saddle are painted as if they go into the side of the horse instead wraping around the animal's ribcage. It is as though she is sitting in a chair with her knees close together when she should have her legs on either side of the chair.
