Hi there.

I just finished working on a medieval fantasy short called Forsaken. I was asked to do some basic compositing work, some FX work, and, more importantly (timewise), model a statue to be animated and composited into the film. The whole thing took five weeks out of which three were spent modelling, texturing, rigging and animating the statue. Need I say it was an unpaid job? :banghead:

Before I continue, I'd like to make a confession: I used Poser! NO!? Yes! I figured I was short on time so I shamelessly ripped a pair of hands from a Poser model I had tweaked and which I also used as a reference for my own model's pose. Whew, I feel so light! No seriously, It's not such a big deal to me (even though I wish I'd had the time to do it all myself), the rest of the CG is all my work, including the hdri for the light rig.

The film was written, directed and co-produced by Marcus Brander. Stefan Barkman Held the camera. (More people were involved of course, but I can't remember all the names).

Anyway, on with the show - here are most of the clips I've worked on, with the un-processed clip inlayed. I should add that final colour correction and that kind of stuff wasn't in my job, so some images may not fit together very well color/contrast-wise. I left some of the shots I worked on out of the quicktime, as the animation in them isn't really important and can just as well be seen in a screengrab, so here are the stills from the rest of the shots:

Right. Crit away, I know there's are loads of stuff that could be improved until my next project.

Just gonna give this another chance. I'm making a showreel atm and I intend to improve some of the shots, so even though this should be considered finished work, all crits are extremely valuable.
