I'm totally new using lightwave 3d and I need to know how to merge uv maps to 1.

I found this http://forums.cgsociety.org/index.php/forumdisplay.php?f=101

But I'm totally new and I dont know how to do it and where that option is, I'd ver really grateful if someone could tell me.

You can merge one UV map into another by:

Map Tab - General - Edit - Copy - then typing in the name of the map to be merged to.
Sometimes LightWave will "move" some of your UV vertices around but this kind of works.

Hope this helps. -Mike
