I am currently looking for a talent grad animator or someone with a years industrey experience in 3d Character animation. You will hopefully be currently using 3DS Max but all industry recognised 3D packages will be considered. They use bones but showreels in character studio will be considered however a short test maybe required in that case.
As for the project this is a ground breaking project for a Studio renowned for pushing the bounderies of games.
