Hi folks,

A curious question about rendering a scene using Vray and two different cameras

I try to render an animation scene using the standard PERSP camera, rendering 1 frame with Vray = 1 minute.

Same scene same frame same camera position but created a new camera, rendering 1 frame with Vray = 35 minutes!!

How is this possible, using the same render settings in Vray?

Why is it taking that long with the other camera?

No idea, have you been able to replicate the same problem on a fresh scene ?

Depth of field on? physical Motion blur?

I deleted the camera and placed a new one.....restarted Maya...problem solved....strange but true.
