does anyone know what would cause this. in maya, when i open the attibute editor, for anything, it chugs.. I mean all the time. I just bought a ti4600 and i dont remember this happening. I'll select an object, open the attribute editor and it just hangs for a while? Thanks in advance for all your help

can i know what video card u use for your pc.....or maybe your computer just still thinking......maybe its not freezing :scream:

yeah sorry bout that.. im running dual pIII 1 gz 1 gig crucial ram abitvp6 MOBO gainward geforce4 ti4600... thanks for the help and hope to hear from you soon.. you know i was thinking, it alsmost feels like a cache type of thing - but who knows.. i dont know nuthin... the attribute editor doesnt really freeze.. it just hangs for a couple of seconds when i open it up,, and when i tab through it does it too...
