did you asign the brazil program as your render program?
When you open your render window
Puldown menu: Rendering>Render
you see a lot of options the one op the things is called
current renders. *there you have to assign the production and draft to brazil*. --> see my pic.
If you have done this you'll get a brazil render.
This worked on my PC
If people see that I've explained this wrong then please tell me,
Now I've a question
I made a object transparant and when I render with the default max render program it is transparent in my render but with brazil it is a non transparent object <<??>>

You have to turn on indirect illumination and prepare for a long wait.
I have brazil turned on as the renderer. But the images look nothing like what I see kicking around the web. Doesn't seem to get the light bouncing off non reflective surfaces.

Clp.....As brian_dlm says ... look at the lighting sontrols in the Brazil Luma Server parameters .. to get global illumination you need to allow indirecrt illumination. You should have the manual with the d/l so have a good look at it because it does help. :)
Iguiniz.X. what materrial are you using.. if raytrace .. don't.. change to a Brazil material and be careful because the RI, if above 1.1 or so, on single sided (physically..not just material) objects can behave as if they have huge R.I's abd the refraction will show more of the objects surrounding the transparent object than you would want and can make it appear opaque. :)

thanks xynaria, It was the global illumination that I was missing. Man makes the render times go up but the out put is excellent.
I am working on 'spen, the angry tennis ball'. Just need to get some fur happening, any suggestions would be good.
How would I go about mapping the tennis ball lines??

I was messing around with tennis balls a while back and this is what I ended up with. I modeled in the seams and used Shag: Fur for the fuzz. Rendered in Vray.

I'm not sure how those eyes are going to work out after the seams are applied. Maybe the seam can double has his eye brows.
Anyway - Yeah, I'd get Shag if you don't have it already
