I'm teaching myself objective-c and was wondering if there were any browser-based compilers or editor/compilers for testing basic coding skills (hello world, string manipulation, arrays, etc).

Something like http://codepad.org/

I'm in a situation where I only have access to PCs during the day, and installing software is a NO GO.

It's the kind of question you'd probably receive more and more authoritative answers to on stackoverflow. Try there IMO.
