Radial Symmetry is a modifier which allows you to model radial structures and see the end result.

It can be used for modeling rims, tires, flowers, architectural structures and many other things. It is also great for rapid prototyping and kit-bashing.

I totally agree.
Looks great but I think it is too expensive.
A correct use of instances, arrays and bend modifiers will get you almost to the same place for free.

The weld/seams/count + procedural nature seems like it would be very useful and a sensible price for this tool.
