Hi there,
I think there is no pdf for Mental ray, it's HTML comes with setup!

Select the help form the pulldown menu, then go to contents and search. Select rendering, then about, then maya renderers. The mental ray reference and shader reference can be found there.

Well, ive allready knew bout that. But this manul is too simple. I mean,.. Well, for example it is not contains the whole thruth about the Custom Mental Ray Shaders.

And many other things. For example, i couldn't find any informayion about MR render Globals settings. Maya HTML help file says "try to look it in Mental Ray Online user manual section blablabla".

I just to find this mysterius Online User Manual. But as i said before, all my tries are failed.

Ive allready found a PDF file "using MR for Maya 4.5", but it is in nihongo. But my nihongo is much more weaker then my english =)))
