H12 goes beta! AUP customers can contact account managers to be added to beta test list - testers will be added in as needed - Apprentice HD users will be able to upgrade to get early access near end of beta.

About 3 moths, but they will release when it will be enough stable for production, so you cant predict that date now.
I asked that in webinary chat :D
