I really like this one, I cant believe you dont have more relpys. The style is perfect for this type of character, and I love the coloring, and expression.

There is a lot of light that hit the chess that I think should also be hitting the face more that it does now...

Beside that, I really like it ! The way you painted it brings an ambitious style of textures ! Cool !

I love the style you are using, certian areas, especially around the nose and eyes tend to flaten out too much, I would suggest working a little more of the light around these areas. The background looks great, I like the sutle light in certian areas, but the colors used on the beast suggest that there is more light in the cave than is shown, I would think about darkening up his backside a bit, it will look more realistic and reall bring out his chest and add more drama to the light that is there.
