Hi,
I tend to see not a very huge activity of users here in this sub forum. Well I think its CGSociety and theres more stuff about 3D, animation etc.
So can anyone recommend a "pure" forum for fine arts, sketching/drawin and this kinda stuff?

Maybe it's conceptart.org (http://www.conceptart.org/forums/index.php) you're looking for, as they do have dedicated sections like the ones you've mentioned.
