The nose is a bit weird IMO. The nosetip is perhaps too low and too narrow...

The face looks a bit detached from the neck. It is particularly obvious at the chin area. I have the feeling that you rendered two objects (the face and a neck) and that you pasted the face on the neck after rendering.
