Good morning everyone. Currently we are a group of four people: an illustrator, a modeler, an animator and 3D generalist who are making an animated short film, in a tone of comedy, set in a prehistoric age (cavemen and dinosaurs living together). We need a modeler and an animator. The deadline for this short-film is in early April. Currently we are involved in the character designs and modelling the main character. We have an Unfuddle membership account in Unfuddle.com to improve the tasks. Seen a few people try using a subversion server for projects, but never heard how they find it works.

Would love to hear how it works for your project...pros/cons etc.

We are at the beginning right now, but I'll try to upload some advances in the future :D
I was seeing Assembla too, but the Unfuddle's basic membership allows more participants for the same price.
