A big problem for a little man :)
How to connect that two elements in water battery that smoth like on the photo ?
It's really problem for me.. .cause i dont know how to fix it with pure wire without bugs:shrug:

god what a tough issue, I have tried spline patching, it works but it is a bit tedious as always.... I do not recommend the technique ;)
This can be done in 1 click with solidworks :rolleyes:

i think if you modeled it in subpatch
it would be alot easier to get the rounded parts

I would have done it using sub-d polys - it would give you those nice smooth blends.
Be that as it may, you still should have smooth-shifted those parts out from the main piece.
If you're so in love with those pieces and REALLY want to attach them rather then build them out from the main piece, I'd put them in a background layer and do some kind of Boolean thing to get those points onto the main piece.
It's not a complicated piece, so I'd go back to the first thing I said. Option 2 if you REALLY want to salvage part of what you got.

Using subpatches would work from the start - quite nicely.
Another great way you might want to go is with Rounder.
