Hello everybody,
I m rigging a cartoon character and he has FK and IK. So when I m switching it to IK and I m adding the pole vector the Elbow joint moved up a lit bit.
I modeled my character in T-Pose, so I snaped the control to the elbow_joint and after I moved it back, so it s line up.
I found this post but I couldn t really understand what exactly he did: http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?t=683936
Thank u

If you have joints properly oriented, just point snap the pole vector object holding V to the elbow joint then orient constraint it to the elbow joint. Delete the constraint, swith translate tool moving axis to 'object mode' then move it back in space. If your elbow is bent, this should move a little off to the side. When you crate your pole vector the joints should sit where it was.

Thanks Nuternativ,
Problem was the Joint Orient. Now everything works OK.
Thank you very much
