very clean and pleasent design!

there are only two things that bother me:
first of all take a look at the round corners of your banner graphics. they're too aliased I think. And then there's your frame structure: it looks a bit odd when you scroll down in the lower part of your page as the overall design is kind of destroyed. maybe using tables instead of frames would be better here, but it's just my personal taste I guess so it's not important anyway
