Hello, here is my first Wip for an X-Mas Card i'm currently working on.

Great model, going very nicely.
I do see a few areas that differ from the concept art.
1. The jaw/mouth area should be larger and the top of the head smaller. More PEAR shaped I guess.
2.You've given him a lip job - The 2dart has more knarled up lips that show less.
3.Nostrils- have a bit more sag in the 2d, giving that aged look better
In the illustration the upper lip is not defined, or curves in or something, make the 3d model like this. - The bottom lip in the 3d model look bigger than in the drawing aswell.
Also, the chin seems to bulge out more in the 3d version, maybe consider revising this to conform to the drawing.
Last thing is the end of the nose and nostrils in the 3d model are too high, compared to the drawing.
I'm sure this will look very cool, keep updating!

I've made the upper Part much bigger and have refined several Parts.

...and another small Update. Rendered in caligari trueSpace. Hard work for me to get the Hairs :) (all ts Users know, what i mean :))
next part would be texturing the head.
