I have no 3D training whatsoever and I'm currently in the market for some video training/tutorials on 3D Studio Max v.5. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on which direction to go in. There are several out there, but I want to know if they're worth the money.

Max v.5 book recommendations are also welcome, but I prefer video as I absorb information best when something is happening as opposed to reading text.

I'm looking for the best bang for my buck, but I'm not afraid to drop a few hundred bones if the training is worth it.

PS. if anyone knows of any free video tuts I'd love to hear about those as well.
