She's nice. Whats her poly count?

Well, it's certainly not historically accurate at all, and she doesn't look very ethnic, but I suppose I would be able to judge that better if I saw the reference picture.

I do like the texturing on the feathers though, and the beaded parts are nice.

Yes, I have to agree that it's not historically accurate, but stylistically speaking, I like everything except the boots. They are way too square. Either shape them more like modern boots, or maybe give her mocasins?

historically accurate?! Im guessin that you didnt see alot of native american chicks toting rifles and revolvers either, but thats not the point, the point is having fun making your art.......dude i dig it, great job with the textures on the character......my two cents.....for everything that isnt organic flesh, curb the smooth bias down alittle, and up the contrast on the wood texture of the rifle. But its a nice looking piece, i dig it.

Héhé! I just found THE (http://www.owensvalleyhistory.com/pinups3/achilleos1_thmb.jpg) one on the net =P

 Nice observation work ! For having studied the north-indian a bit... she's wearing a chief crown (never saw a lady with it, but nevermind :) I like when ladies leads =D )

I thought I could show you some image of that crown, that Mr.Chris Achilleos made too straight... Usualy, the feather are bending through the back of the head...

Here some examples :

Some (http://www.silkhouse.co.uk/tytv/images/worldaware/plains-indian-chief.gif) more (http://gesswhoto.com/2indian-chief.jpg) examples... (http://www.altermann.com/art-images/1944.jpg)

Just a detail anyway ;)
